Tell us about an act of kindness that transformed your life? (you could have seen, or done, or had done to you)
As an advocate for children and senior citizens, there is a great need for random acts of kindness in these area. I am a firm believer in paying it forward. As a matter of fact "Pay It Forward" is one of my favorite movies excluding the sad ending of course.
Laurice, what a beautiful name! Thanks for updating your profile. I started my company over a year ago now serving nonprofits and small businesses by providing fundraising, marketing and public relations consulting and services. I'd be very happy to talk with you about your one page marketing plan for your new service. Feel free to visit my website at www.peacockcreative.net for an overview of our services and/or email me directly at stephen at peacockcreative.net [using the proper @ symbol of course].
Hello, Laurice! Another local member! I'm so glad you've joined us on the Kindness Cure. My husband is a Raleigh native; he went to Sanderson HS. Would love to know where you work and more about your volunteer work. Guardian Ad Litem is a wonderful program. I was the ED of a child advocacy center in Elizabeth City 15 years ago. Perhaps we get the opportunity to meet one day. That would be awesome! Hope you have a beautiful day. CJ Scarlet
