Read my blog. :)
Tell us about an act of kindness that transformed your life? (you could have seen, or done, or had done to you)
Two years ago I was participating in a virtual class and made friends with a lovely soul in Lebanon. At the time, my business was failing and our savings was almost depleted. I was pretty depressed. Clearly, not very client attractive! :)

My friend sent me daily encouragements. His emails were so inspiring and uplifting. Even during the Hezbollah/Israeli conflict, he never wrote a negative word and whenever he had electricity during the conflict, would take time to send me an email just to lift my spirits.

A few months later, I received an email that told me that he'd sent me a card. One night, after a particularly difficult day, I went out to the mailbox and discovered his card. I was anxious to read it because he is quite poetic in his writing and I needed the lift.

Imagine my shock when a cashier's check for $1000 fell out of the envelope. A complete stranger, a person I'd only met virtually, had sent me a significant amount of money--because he could.

I was forever changed by his graciousness and generosity. Even as things got progressively worse and I, at times, wished to die so that at least my family would have my life insurance money, I would remember my friend. I knew that I had to 1) learn to live in gratitude and 2) give, give, and give, whenever, however I could.

It's a honor to be here.

One of those days

For those of us consciously evolving, we know that personal work can be difficult, even when we know the payoffs in healing are grand.

Sometimes I feel like it would just be easier to continue to play small, hide out and pretend that I don't know anything about spiritual development.

But, I do. And there's no going back.

So today was one of those days where I had an epiphany. I won't go into it here but suffice it to say that it knocked me for a loop and I've spent most of the day in tears. I… Continue

For The Little Girls

Nineteen years ago, November 24, 1989, my father, Paul Edward Miles, made his transition.

I had been married just over 2 years, yet at 24 years of age, I was suddenly a little girl again. A little girl who realized that her father would not be coming home..ever again.

When I was 3 years old, there was a day that started like any other. Mom was cooking in the kitchen, so the house smelled of bacon and fresh coffee. Dad worked 3rd shift and would soon be home from the factory. The boys, then in… Continue

Answer Someone's Prayer

Friday night when my husband came home from another long week, we hugged in gratitude as we do every Friday. He works 3 hours from home and we only see each other for less than 48 hours over the weekend.

We've been together for over 21 years and have weathered many storms. Being separated like this would be a challenge for any married couple, and we are no exception. It isn't anything new, so we do the best we can and give thanks for another safe week.

This week as we discussed how grateful we… Continue

Why Kindness? Why now?

I had the pleasure of meeting CJ Scarlet in June 2008. I was touched deeply by her story and knew that I HAD to get to know her.

I didn't realize it at the time, but we were about to embark on a journey that would change the way I would see the world thru my "accidental" business.

CJ actually hired me to co-ordinate another project for her. Every chance I had to speak with her was like a breath of fresh air. There was something so remarkable about this woman--her zest for life, her passion for… Continue

Cool thing you did here, Lisa. And I love your photo! Nichole probably told you that she's putting together something like this for my Prosperity Inner Circle program. Hope life is grand for you!

Say, didn't you tell me you might move to Colorado? What's happening with that?

Warmly,
Rhonda
