Tell us a little about yourself! Where you're from, what you do, what you care about.
From Boston, I'm a software headhunter and an aspiring career life coach (transferring from CTI ti ILCT), worked as therapist in my twenties, have own sw placement business aclled Advancement Alternatives Inc, Have Masters in Psychology from University of Chivago- and 2 years of additional graduate creduits from variety of schools including 6 courses at Harvard, looking to integrate my placement business (mostly IT) with career/life coaching, trained in client centered therepay and CBT, good writer, likes all kinds of liberal arts and social scince thinking with a leftinst, humanistic viewpoint but can also be pragmatic, 3 recent years of weekly weekly group counselling for SMART recover (a CBT based, highly effecgtive, alternative ro 12 step program), great results as a therapest an d the small amount of coaching I've done, 9/11- and a couple subsequent trips to Europe-changed me from mr-first money motivated enterpreneur back to an idealistic humanist. near expert in world cinema and currently reading modern philosophy (exitentialism, post structuralism, and German idealism), am being coached and in psychotherapy (see these things as means to growth not stigmatizing and or for social adjustment), pessismistic for world survival unless their is a radical shift in values and attitudes (from me two to worldcentric- term used by new age philosopher Ken Wilder. Ecstatic about Obama and his election, think in some ways the recent financial meltdown (not individual and family hardship, but maybe but a big whole in 30 years of graad based, CEO worship, tricle down Reagonomics- i might be dreaming but it's a start, also have been involved in non devotional meditation, on and off for 30 years and some yoga- this is enough probaly too much

When an HR manager in the 80's helped 8 immigrants get their green cards, free coaching and recent involvement in Rope for Hope- organization to help out of work people, trying to be nice and polite to people (even in business), my parents
are kind- my kindness engenders kindness in others- various people along the way have been kind to me, my business support network

Great Comment on my page. You are very in-tune with the slime's/times oozing out of the MSM. I don't have expended cable anymore so I am no longer a junkie of the news.
