I'm a University Administrator working with residents and resident leaders. I care about today and tomorrow - being the change I want to see in the world - promoting healthy behaviors - helping to prepare tomorrow's leaders.

Tell us about an act of kindness that transformed your life? (you could have seen, or done, or had done to you)

The simplest things mean the most - seeing someone volunteer to help a young mother with 3 kids while flying on a plane. Helping the middle child feel special since mom was busy with the baby and the older child was reading on her own. The middle child loved to talk to someone about what was important to him.
